Third Party Liability

The compulsory cover for every company vehicle: injury and property damage caused to others, own damage excluded

Third party liability is the compulsory motor cover in Kuwait and is required to register and renew each vehicle. It pays what the company becomes liable for towards others, and nothing towards its own vehicles.

  • Bodily injury and death caused to third parties, including passengers as defined
  • Damage to third-party vehicles and property
  • Legal costs connected with a covered claim
  • Issued per vehicle within one fleet schedule and a single renewal date

Companies running older vehicles often take this alone and carry their own repair costs. Cover does not apply while a vehicle is driven without a valid licence or outside the stated territorial limits.

How it works

From enquiry to cover

1
We map the risk

A short conversation about what you do and what you own, so the cover matches reality.

2
We go to the market

We compare wording and limits across insurers, not the premium alone.

3
You choose, we place

We explain the differences in plain terms, then place the policy you pick.

4
We run the claim

If something happens, the file is ours to follow through to settlement.
